Your challenge
As a Product & Customer Success Specialist, you will provide our customers with first- and second-line support so that they get the most out of our Checkmaxx product.
Checkmaxx offers the ultimate end-to-end e-commerce solution that enables B2C clients to start selling high-risk digital goods online. The optimised sales interfaces includes channels like Web, App, API, IVR, WhatsApp, etc. and integrated payments covers all major methods of payments. Everything our clients need to launch and run a successful online shop.
Job requirements
Customer Success Responsibilities (50%)
· Managing and coordinating the entire ‘Customer Journey’ for your customers.
Maintain and expand customer-related documentation, you (further) build the knowledge base.
Providing first- and second-line support to our customers, including being the POC for Priority 1 (P1) incidents.
Writing use cases/epic tickets for the product to best suit the customer's needs.
Maintaining your knowledge of the product and speaking to customers about the most relevant features for them to maximise their results.
Conduct regular ‘check-in calls’ to keep our customers informed of new developments and hear experiences.
Inform customers about additional features of our product.
Discuss potential opportunities with the Product Owner and Account Manager to test feasibility.
Contribute to the success of the team by having open discussions, all with the aim of achieving the best results for our customers.
Automation Testing Responsibilities (50%)
Test Automation Development
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
Create and execute UI, API, and performance test cases to validate application functionality.
Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Test Strategy & Execution
Define test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on customer feedback and product requirements.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing to ensure product stability.
Identify, analyse, and report software defects with detailed logs and screenshots.
Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure testability.
Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and automation frameworks.
Continuously improve test automation processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
Communication Skills:
Experience in customer success, account management, or technical support.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
Strong knowledge of programming languages: Python, PHP Java, JavaScript, or C#.
Experience with API testing using Postman or RestAssured.
Understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
