Our mission is to become the world leader in securing payments! To achieve that we are looking for you; an I-won’t-take-no-for-an-answer- New Business Development Manager.


As a New Business Sales Manager you will:

  • play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
  • focus on surpassing sales quotas and taking the lead in connecting new companies.
  • execute the sales strategy
  • work closely with the Business Development and Marketing Team as well as the IT Development team
  • achieve in depth knowledge of our products
  • identify the most promising customers in the selected verticals that will help grow a healthy pipeline
  • sell our payment solutions and services to our prospects through cold calling, networking, fairs etc.
  • develop presentations and proposals
  • work closely together with Business development Managers to share best practices, key business insights and industry trends
  • share insights on industry trends, product and marketing information, competitor insights and customer needs

Where are we located 

We are located in the center of Rotterdam. Metro stations “Blaak” and the “Markthal” are within walking distance. Our office is situated in the “The Red Apple” building, one of Rotterdam’s tallest landmarks . It’s an open inspiring working place with a loft feeling.


About you:

  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role – (preferably
    in the payment or telecom industry)
  • Relevant network with potential customers in one or more of the following industries: utilities (telco/energy), finance, digital goods, gaming or travel.
  • You feel at home within a technical environment.
  • You excel in networking; you are reliable!
  • You show passion about our company and its products and you are really interested in other people.
  • You ask the right questions and are an active listener.
  • You are driven with a high energy level.
  • Solution focused thinking is in your DNA!
  • And off course you are a deal closer.
  • You are willing to travel internationally.
  • You're fluent in Dutch and English and preferably master (an) other language(s)
  • You have a higher educational background or way of thinking (equivalent of HBO or University).
