Sales Director Role Mi-Pay

Job description

As the Sales Director you have to have a good knowledge of the payment/telecommunication or SAAS/consultancy market and a valuable extensive network that you can deploy for the benefit of Mi-Pay. You should also have storing solution thinking and selling skills. Mi-Pay solves payment related challenges. It’s not about the product but about the problem we solve!

As a Sales Director you will:

• Manage the commercial team of Mi-Pay, drive new business sales, business development and create new revenue models

• Set clear goals for the company and knows how to achieve them. Focus on surpassing sales quotas and taking the lead in connecting new companies

• Use and adopt the Rockefeller Habits our company is working with

• Find, hunt and close new business deals in line with the company’s new business sales strategy to ensure that the company has a path of aggressive growth

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts by partnering with them and truly understand their needs

• Identify, market shifts and market potential while being fully aware of new products and customer demands

• Originate and manage business development opportunities that are consistent with the company’s strategy for revenue

• Be an internal challenger regarding sales tactics and closing skills

• Be an active participant in internal meetings and contributor in further improving the sales organisation
