Are you an inquisitive & open-minded Medior Software Engineer who, together with the team, wants to bring features to production in a technically challenging environment? Then we are looking for you!


Description

You will deal with one of our three applications (Reminder platform) and you ensure that it is continuously improved in terms of security, scalability and performance. This platform helps companies to reach customers in a personal way through various channels (including telephony, SMS, e-mail) and offers various payment options.


Together with your scrum team you take on the challenge of converting complex issues into software that can be used by our customers. The scrum team consists of a Product Owner, Solution Architect, a Quality Assurance tester, a Customer Success Manager and a Developer. We are looking for a second Developer.

Requirements

What we ask from you

  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Experience with PHP
  • Experience with Full stack
  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience as a developer

About Alphacomm

Alphacomm develops payment, reload and reminder solutions on its 130R platform, all of which aim to generate more revenue. Our clientele includes banks, insurers, energy companies and major telecom providers in Europe.


With our reload platform, we help companies such as T-mobile, KPN, O2 and Congstar and Opwaarderen.nl sell their digital products for games, music and mobile telecom simply and easier. Being able to order easily via, for example, Whatsapp means more sales for T-mobile and satisfied customers.


With our payment platform we target our so-called "high risk" products that are sold online. Think of iTunes or Spotify gift cards, game credits from for example STEAM or airtime from providers. Products where there is a high risk of fraud. We handle the payment and use our anti-fraud tools to ensure that fraud is a thing of the past. So customers no longer suffer from missed sales due to so-called chargebacks.

Our reminder solution ensures that customers who do business with consumers get their invoices quickly. We remind consumers in innovative ways of an outstanding amount, so that payment becomes easy. For example, we send out video reminders, we give customers the option of determining whether they want to pay in installments or simply send a Tikkie for that outstanding energy bill at Eneco.


Within Alphacomm we work with enthusiasm with the Rockefeller Habits and that includes a BHAG or a Big Hairy Audacious Goal. Our BHAG is that we want to become the dominant revenue boosting platform.
