Your challenge

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing lead with strong skills in SEA and SEO. You will manage our SEA agency and create sustainable growth strategies, reducing dependency on paid traffic. In addition, you’ll have responsibility for configuring and optimizing marketing tools to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall sales funnel performance. You will be doing

    • Develop SEA and SEO strategies to grow both paid and organic traffic while reducing reliance on paid sources.
    • Manage the SEA agency, ensuring alignment with company goals and maximizing campaign performance.
    • Execute technical marketing tasks, including configuring tools for campaign performance tracking (e.g., tracking customer behavior across the sales funnel like Runconverge or Funnel.io) and automating email marketing campaigns like Klaviyo or Omnisend for customer retention.
    • Set up and optimize marketing tools to support the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention, ensuring smooth campaign execution.
    • Analyze and improve key performance metrics, such as POAS, ROAS, CLTV, and CPA.
    • Optimize e-commerce operations to improve platform performance and enhance the customer experience.
    • Collaborate on overall marketing campaigns, supporting the team with practical insights across the entire sales funnel, from awareness to conversion and retention.
