At Alphacomm, we believe that buying digital products such as mobile top-ups, gift cards and other e-vouchers, should be just as easy as buying them in a store. We sell software as a service (SaaS) solutions which make it super easy to sell these products. We provide plug & play web shops, enable all relevant payment methods and eliminate payment fraud via our AI driven fraud protection.

Your challenge

We are on a journey to scale up. Establishing partnerships is an important part of our growth strategy. As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for getting the most out of our partnerships (i.e. payment service, e-commerce or digital goods providers, resulting in revenue growth and market penetration. 


You will be doing

  • Manage partner programs and initiatives for existing partnerships, including partner training and certification programs, partner events, and partner communications.
  • Increase partner's knowledge and enthusiasm for our solutions, in order to maximise the value and impact of collaborations.
  • Analyze partner performance and recommend strategies to improve partner engagement, revenue, and profitability.
  • Work closely with other teams i.e. product, sales, and marketing
  • You are a true Alphacomm ambassador and you embody our core values

Job requirements

What you should bring to the table

  • At least 3 years of experience as a partner manager, customer success manager or related
  • A background in B2B SaaS
  • Strong communication skills and being able to easily interact with partners on every level
  • A good eye for detail, organized and structured way of working
  • Strong team player who can also work independently
  • Being an ambitious, motivated and performance oriented individual.
  • Fluency in English is a must, Dutch or another langue (i.e. German, French, Spanish) is nice to have
